Really pleasant staff Decent room Great location

The manager, Craig, was most accommodating and showed me where to park my motorbike and lent me a chain to secure it.

Friendly staff. Location was spot on.

The carpet was filthy with stains. Wasn't vacuum properly. Hotel run down. Needs updating.

Room was clean but tired and run down. Carpet stained, bath stained , bathroom door rotten all along the bottom .

The staff where friendly. It was good value for the money. It was in center of the town. Not far from train station. Beds where comfortable. The hotel is part of a day time cafe. You get 10%, good and drink, which was good

The breakfast you had to pick from a list. It was just a tick list. Not much choice and it was delivered to your room. We did book the breakfast when booking. But we didn't have the breakfast we ate out. We had to pay a £100 holding fee when we got there. This was not stated anywhere in the booking.com when we booked. (Well we could not see it), Luckily we did have the spare money. But hard for people who dont have spare £100 for a holding fee.

Very good location the guy on reception was friendly and welcoming

When you look at the front you are not sure what to expect as it looks run down but pleasantly surprised
