The hotel is very well located, clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, my overall experience was negatively affected by the handling of the mandatory £100 security deposit. I checked out 5 days ago and I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. I have also received very little information regarding the status of the refund. The deposit return process is inefficient and lacks transparency, which creates unnecessary stress and frustration for guests. While the property has many positive aspects, this issue significantly impacts the overall customer experience. If you are considering staying here, be aware of the security deposit policy and the potential delays in receiving your money back. Would benefit from an electric fan during warm weather

Great room, plenty of space. Bathroom was clean, powerful shower over the bath! Brilliant!

Not that it's ANY of the fault of the hotel, but the exterior noise (students) in the early hours (0230h) was bad with the bin-jousting ... then at 0630h the city-led construction noise was just the cherry on the frickin' cake!

The £100 deposit hold when the room wasn't even that expensive. The room looked like it hadn't been hoovered in months. Smell of cigarette smoke. Needs a revamp.

Location excellent.

Breakfast - slow to arrive considering the amount of people present. Also- both coffee and breakfast roll were significantly below what I would have liked temperature wise - both need to be much warmer… It is off putting because the breakfast remains in my mind and I since returned to Swansea and I used a different hotel - point proven already.
