Nice size room Clean Town centre location

£100 deposit that still hasn't been paid back to me even when they say will be back in 7 days... No parking Hot water wasnt very hot Breakfast isnt great for price

Great central location. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Reasonable price for a city centre.

It's an old hotel so, although it is clean, a lot of the decor is quite tired and stained in places.

The hotel was well situated in a very central location. The room was clean. The shower had been modernised and worked well

The decor of the room and the furniture were very dated and worn. There was lumpy textured wallpaper which looked terrible. There were no USB sockets where I could charge my phone. There was a requirement for £100 deposit on arrival which I did not like. Another guest asked me about this and he was also not happy with it. He had paid his deposit in cash and had to wait for someone to inspect the room before he could get his money back. I thought this was a big imposition especially as it would have been hard to do £100 worth of damage to the room in the state it was
