Absolutely full of dust, amd dirt very fousty smell. Damp stains all over quilt like urine and blood stain. Towels provided tank of mould. Carpet hadnt been hoovered in a while. All hair and dirt stuck to socks. Wimdows wudnt open in one room My child had an asthmatic there. Only stayed one night couldnt bare any more nights there even after an upgrade.upgrade to a bigger room which windows did work in this one to be shipped to another room in the morning to a very stinky dusty dirty room... Couldn't stay there. They had a cheek to ask for a 100 poumd deposit. Oh and to top it off. Two ppl were right by the reception desk, man and woman. The woman loud as day discussing her going rate as a prostitute.. And both went up to the room..

Lovely room

Having to pay a extra 100 pound deposit which left me with not alot should of been £50 instead overall good experience
