Hotel Motueka - Some weekends may have loud Live Music playing

Function was at the Hotel so very convenient

Expectations were not that high as old fashioned Pub but beds were very comfortable Noise was not a problem as function was in the Hotel and we stayed until band finished

Unfortunately the room we booked with an ensuite bathroom had not been cleaned - we where offered another room with shared bathroom which was ok - however room had two tvs neither worked - when we asked we where told there was nothing that could be done little disappointing was offered few days later a discount on our stay have still not received anything

The hotel is under renovation!!. The stairs, front and back, to the 2nd floor were very ordinary, especially the rear. No kitchen access, closed. No restaurant, closed. No lounge access. The bed was old and sagging, the handbasin tap required tightening before use. None of this is explained in the booking information, and it certainly wasn't taken into account in the nightly rate. We left a day early. No refund was requested. Sometimes you've just got to do what you've got to do.
