No Breakfasts on Sundays, apparently . found a neat spot heading towards nelson so all was well.

Certainly a bit rough around the edges as far as accommodation. In saying that the staff are fantastic, so welcoming and I genuinely enjoyed my time there.

Really nice, friendly, helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean, carpet was clean? shampooed recently? I didn't notice anything obvious, it's just when you see carpet of that age and style, it makes me wonder. Your hotel building is a gem. Thanks for hospitality.

Bathroom facilities...... Not too flash eh No shelf space for shampoos, soap etc... No room for clothes. It's an expensive area to improve, but, it would 100% improve your guests stay enjoyment. No doubt you guys know this. Was a bit unnerving hearing some of your other guests? patrons, talking about a fight incident on your your premises. Squeaky floorboards outside bedrooms are a bit noisy. All the best for the future and I will be staying again.

Staff were friendly

Showers had others peoples soap/shavers etc in them, 1 shower you can't lock or even close the door, the other one had no lightbulb, 1 of the toilets had no lightbulb. Floor in room hadn't been vacuumed had big clumps of hair etc
