crowded and lack of staffs. it is an apartment complex and change it to OYO hotel without any services like bell boy or someone help us with our luggages. we need to put deposits again for our luggages, another for extra key which they only give one. and also deposit for their room

The staff was friendly and the accomodation is inexpensive.

The bed was really not comfortable because the mattress springs could be felt. Furthermore, but this is a subjective impression, the sterile atmosphere in the building and it's huge size made us sad.

Common area are nice (probably because are not managed by the hotel but are shared with the whole building),

The room was incredibly dirty.blankets and tovels were dirty and the whole room, even if the furnitures were new and nice, was in a very bad state. Like no one cleans it for the last 3 months. We asked to change the room and only after a debate we managed to get a new one..it was as dirty as the first one.

The room was spacious and had a lot of potential. it was also conveniently located by the airport. The lobby offered a good choice of food and drink and the shop adjacent was also helpful. The reception being 24hr was also good! if the room had been clean to a normal standard, this would have been an amazing place!

we really didn’t mind the general wear and tear but the room had not been cleaned well at all, hairs, dust, spider webs, layers of lime scale and stained bed linen really made it impossible to feel comfortable. In addition, it was pretty hot despite the air-con being on.
