Bathroom and Towel was not really what I expected

The staff was friendly and quite clean.

No amenities, just bath towels and no face towels, no fridge - it is an apartment turn into a room for rent. no room service and in the middle of nowhere. Just for one night sleep - no choice but bed is bad and air-condition not very good because it is a small loft. Air conditioning could not reach the bed upstairs. Can feel the bed springs and hear people speaking outside (room was next to the playground). TV channels all only in local language.

The rooms are big and look good

The maitenance in general is bad. It's not clean, I got to my room and the bathrooms and the toilet seat were dirty. I asked to change the room but the other rooms they offered me were the same! The bedsheet has spots on it (but smells clean though)

Nothing

The bedsheets were dirty and it looked like they have not been changed since the previous guests. The towels were dirty too, amd there are hair around the place literally everywhere. I notified the reception, they said housekeeping was not available and offered to change my room. The second room had exactly the same issue, so had the third one. Eventually I took my bag and left the hell place. I requested a refund for my room but they refused. The other couple that travelled with us was too tired to leave and opted to stay anyway but were as disgusted as us. Stay away from this place and opt for the nearby Premier Place Hotel.

The swimming pool was the best thing

Don't pay attention to that Discount they give. This place is barely worth 1/2 price. The room was Not clean at all, hair, dust mold. Gym is like a joke. Nobody can comunicate in English.

Property still under construction, everything feels strange, creepy vibes, bad Wi-Fi - does not work in some rooms, very dirty rooms, halls and bed sheets, no amenities and toiletries, you can not turn off the lights in the room while sleeping, loud AC, no taxi service at the front desk.

Absolutely nothing.

This accommodation was absolutely disgusting. The sheets were stained and had holes in them. The walls were marked and dirty. There was dust and hair hanging from under the stairs. The bathroom smelt of mould and was still all wet when we checked in ( including the minimal stub of toilet paper we were left). The soap dispenser was broken, and our towels were old and worn. The bed was horrendous,it sounded like we were going to fall through it every time we moved. We had to sleep on top of the comforter so that we didn't get bruises from the springs poking out. The couch was also worn in so deeply that the groove on one side looked like someone was still sitting in it. I understand that the accommodation was cheap, we didn't have high expectations, but it could have at least been clean.

Staff nice, easy communication via WhatsApp, location close to the airport, cheap.

Bathroom not spotless clean and very small, combined with shower and toilet so all was wet after taking a shower. Only 1 towel for 2 people. No possibility to store luggage. Kids playing in the pool very loudly at 5 AM. Bed not super comfortable. Only 1 key card per room, so if one person leaves, the other one is left in darkness. No hair dryer.
