Cheap and close-ish to the airport. That's about it.

A room that takes about 10 minutes to find although they give you directions to it. Towels, pillows, bedding and bathroom all in bad condition, with cockroaches greeting you in the latter; it smelled like a sewer. Glad we only stayed there on a stopover.

Good price, nice pool, liked having a couch in the room. We chose it for proximity to the airport, just stayed one night.

Automated communications before arrival were frustrating, because they suggested our reservation might be cancelled if we checked in after 5p. Room only had 1 towel for 2 person booking. Can't get around the property without the room key (which is also needed to power the room), so if you are more than one person, you must leave/return to the room together.

Service at counter was very helpful.

Location is in the middle of nowwhere. But served the purpuse: stay close to the airport Had to pay cash while booking website said visa accepted.

You need to pay cash, beds are very uncomfortable and room/bathroom has fungus. Not possible to eat or drink anything No stairs only elevators and since the rooms are in second tower you can't get outside unless going to first tower and using elevator

The hotel meets the expectations if you need to stay close to the airport for a 6AM flight. The room is very big actually, although in my personal opinion there´s a lot of wasted space. The receptionist helped us with booking a taxi to the airport, as there is no shuttle.

The bathroom not very comfortable. The room being so big, doesn´t make any sense why the bathroom is so small, and the shower is not separated (not even by a curtain) from the toilet itself. This means the floor will be wet all the time. There´s virtually nothing around the hotel you can go and explore, and no food options available inside so we had to ask for a delivery. Only cash accepted.

The room was quiet, which is what I needed after leaving from the more centralized part of Surabaya. It had two stories with the bedroom being upstairs. The design was distinctive. I slept deeply for five hours, which helped me immensely. The price was also very reasonable--even though I literally booked the room an hour before I arrived there.

The front desk attendant was not there when I arrived. Fortunately, someone knew where he was and went to find him. I was exhausted, so every minute standing there in the empty lobby at 1:15 am was tiring. He seemed unsure of the procedures. I don't think you can pay by credit card. Fortunately, I had enough cash to manage it. When I went to check out in the morning, he was really fast asleep. It required a few, "Good mornings," with slight volume increases each time to rouse him, but I have no real complaints. He looked exhausted too.

It's written on Booking that we Can pay by credit card. It is not the case, only by cash. We did not have any cash on us, the staff was not helpfull, they found the situation funny. It took us one hour to be able to withdraw cash as the closest ATM was broken. The room is really dirty.
