The hotel staff were exceptional and assisted my family that were in town for a hospital visit that was un expected. I was told it was exceptional and will be back for a follow up dr visit and stay here again.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Hotel Lorenza is conveniently located near city's attractions, hospital and shops, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy everything it has to offer. Overall, my experience at Hotel Lorenza exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, affordable and comfortable stay in Tacloban. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay unforgettable! I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Tacloban.
