Bag storage [PhP 100 / bag] 9. Reschedule fee [PhP 500] 10. The entire stay is self-service. Full-service option is PhP 500. 11. We are a clean-as-you-go property. For exemption, please pay PhP 500. 12. This is a residential condo with homeowners' association policies. Penalties will be applied during violations. Rules include no-noise policy, no-smoking policy and no-hanging-of-clothes policy.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The location is very good, it's near the center. Also the amenities is good. We enjoyed the stay!

The room has things that an apartment should have, such as wall clock, mirror in the living room, and the chair of dining table was a kind of dirty.

in addition to my previous review, pool was not available but was not informed to the guests about the schedule of cleaning day. roof deck fence blocks the view, they are useless to mention in the ads. property name was not mentioned in any text, linens are smelly and blankets are so thin good thing it wasnt breezy and cold in tagaytay that day.

the place is nice and the view

the rudeness and uncooperative of the host/owner, we are trying to call his/her before the trip but his/her phone is unreachable, they didnt assist us all our needs and the facilities are not good.

the room number 2149 no room services during 4 days no change towels ,dirty curtain blanket for single not twin and kitchen tools very dirty and broken cabinets and the tv only for citizens language not for foreigners customers .I buy a towels and blankets I advice not deal with the owner who own the room 2149

"A HORRIBLE PLACE! SCAMMER!"

The property manager is so unprofessional! I feel sorry for her staff who takes the blame..and like what the other staff said " sabi po nya di naman daw po sya yung mapapagalitan, kami" like what kind of boss are you?? We can't call her. Her messages doesn't make any sense on what I am asking her and telling her. Yes, I accidentally put the wrong the number but I SENT HER A MESSAGE 1 HOUR LATER after a made the booking using my number. The place is horrible. The curtains are mosquito nets, the chairs and dining areas are not clean, each chairs has moulds, the tiles in the bathroom and even the dining table has mould aound it and rusty. The blinds are broken, we need to use the blankets to cover the entire place to keep our privacy. The aircons are not cooling, the fridge are dirty and smelly. The toilet seat is block. We need to clean the entire place on our first day instead of us relaxing and enjoying the city. She gave us a microwave that was not working. No complimentaries NOTHING!
