The Wi-Fi didn’t work and they left me one toilet paper for four days

The view, designated parking, assistance, guide, the overall room size, separated shower room from comfort room, staff gave complete instructions on the dos and donts

The water heater was broken, the faucet at the sink is shaky and is about to give up, the condo is not that clean and a bit old already, the fact that we have to clean up after ourselves is a hassle esp if you are busy and always on the move, should have stayed at a hotel instead. There is no hot and cold water in the faucets, the bathroom/comfort rooms are so small and narrow, the bath towels are small and have some torn parts, the dipper at the shower room is also broken, looks like the condo wasn't cleaned or disinfected thoroughly before we checked in. The face mask of the staff who helped us check in was very untidy. We had to take out the trash ourselves to another room which is a bit far from where we are staying. Not adviceable if you want a worry-free stay.

Although this is non-refundable, I think having signal number 3 can also be a reason for this to be cancelled or re-scheduled. But the property has no consideration at all to provide any communication at all.

The place has huge beds. Good for 4 pax and the space was more than enough for us. I was with a kid and a dog. LOL. We had the 2 beds all to ourselves.

I got allergic rhinitis when I tried to use the phone. It's dusty. And there is no dial tone so I wasn't able to use it. Some of the utensils are old and blunt like the knife. I needed it to cut the calamansi but had to poke it instead because the knife is too dull. I was also expecting a clear view of the Taal Volcano but the room assigned to us had a view of the city instead. I was with my kiddo and hoped it would be a consideration since he is very fond of a good view. Ended up going to the roof deck instead to see the full view of the volcano.
