The room is nice and clean. Security guards and staff at the property are all kind and friendly.

I specifically asked for a room with perfect Taal view but booking.com gave me a room at the 8th floor. I don’t know. The staff said it’s because it was the room I booked but there’s no option to choose a room or floor upon booking so I added a special request saying that it would be great and appreciated if we get a room with perfect Taal view in the room’s balcony. They replied, the room has taal lake view (something like that). The stay was good and very affordable but I just wished we were told upon booking that the room available is lower and doesn’t have a “perfect” view. Yes, we can see the Taal lake and there’s a roof deck for viewing but I was expecting a Taal lake view at the room’s balcony.

the smell of the room is not good, it smells like the mop used was dirty dipped in clorox sofa bed and sofa were worn out the unit is not entirely clean kitchen wares are not clean first time in my condo experience had I experienced to take my trash to the trash room which is super super far the whole unit was worn out, only good for sleeping

The "owner" grilled me for the same information already provided in a previous email. Not even 5 or 7-star hotels resort to this practice; totally unnecessary. I felt offended by it. Conditions of stay are not user-friendly. I have no intention of returning to this property in the future because of my experience.

Building is old. Room is old. Floor smells chlorine. Bed sheets too thin. Curtains not sun-blocker. The owner is very strict abd no customer service. The long calls detailing the stay is unnecessary
