Airport transfer [Php 4000 one-way for a sedan] 6. 8-hour city tour [Php 4000 for a sedan; entrance and parking fees are excluded] 7. Breakfast [PhP 250 / pax - 1 silog meal] 8. Bag storage [PhP 100 / bag] 9. Reschedule fee [PhP 500] 10. The entire stay is self-service. Full-service option is PhP 500. 11. We are a clean-as-you-go property. For exemption, please pay PhP 500. 12. This is a residential condo with homeowners' association policies. Penalties will be applied during violations. Rules include no-noise policy, no-smoking policy and no-hanging-of-clothes policy.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

I don’t know if she’s the unit owner or caretaker but she’s so unprofessional. The number they provided is useless. Very poor customer service.

We love the location. Almost everything is near the area The view from the room is spectacular

The staff on the pool area. He asked us to leave the pool premises despite there was not much people in the area. We were just trying to dry ourselves. He was saying we should have brought our changing clothes but we were not informed of this rule. He asked us to dry ourselves in the changing area and specifically pointed out to my brother's shorts to remove and squeeze off the remaining water (which by the way was not dripping at all). On top of this he took off my small nephew's towel hanging over his shoulders to wipe off his legs. Very offensive. We dont mind changing our clothes and following rules if it was first informed to us.

The location is excellent. The best part is the responsiveness of the owner and the staff. Communication was easy (wi-fi issue) and issue was resolved very quickly. Check-out process was also smooth.

The wi-fi connection was slow, but I guess this had more to do with the provider, not the owner.
