La proximité d'un quartier animé, l'extrême amabilité et serviabilité du personnel à l'accueil qui m'a indiqué de bons restos et un plan précis pour y accéder, les très jolies chambres, confortables.

Il est dommage que le petit déjeuner soit uniquement végétarien. Quand on ne l'est pas, trois matins de suite, c'est pesant...

"Descanso y buen ambiente en Takayama"

La localización, la limpieza y el personal. El hotel está francamente bien y las habitaciones son estupendas. Te dan amenities y un kimono con tus slippers para moverte por el hotel. Todo todo el personal es amable y servicial. Especial mención a Jun que hizo nuestra estancia muy agradable!

La carencia de persianas que tapen mejor la entrada de luz del sol al amanecer sobre 4.30am. Impide el buen descanso. El Onsen se queda algo justo de tamaño. El desayuno podría ofrecer alguna cosita mas de estilo europeo como alternativa.

"Great hotel to relax"

Third time in this lovely hotel. I love the location, the design , the amenities, the free bar in the lobby in the evening, the attention to details.

I asked for a room facing the back with views over the mountains but I only had 1/4 view as the 3/4 was facing a wall. Shame the onsen is not real spring water otherwise it will be perfect !
