Everything was great

I love historic properties. This one is no exception. When you enter there is a bar that you sign into. A very nice & friendly gentleman greets you and helps with your luggage. On the right of the bar, is a nice restaurant. To the left of the bar is the very cute breakfast room. Then you descend a staircase up to your rooms. Our room was large with two adorable eyebrow windows with shutters to close. A nice size tv, hooks for your coats, a portable clothes hanger for you to hang your clothes. A small bathroom with a small but functional shower with hot water & good pressure. The sink, is next to the bed outside the shower/toilet room. It is decorated nicely with good towels, a dresser.

The one negative thing is the bed in our room. While a nice size, we both complained if the softness and springs poking us. Every time you rolled over, you could hear the springs making a bad noise. It needs replacing. Other than that we loved it.
