Hotel Varanasi Heritage

Well located near the Assi ghat. Very helpful manager and staff. There is airport pickup drop.

It needs a lot of deep cleaning. Lift, public areas, bathrooms etc.Room fridge was extremely unclean. Bath water is barely warm this can be a problem in the cold winter months. Charges of boat ride booked from them was way higher than market rate.

Hotel location & facilities are good. Good food at roof top.

The reception management is poor, had called multiple times & whatsapp to get confirmation response on my booking and they committed to come back in 5-10 minutes, but never replied or called back. The reception doesn't tell about entitled facilities. Also the room charges are higher compared with peer others.

the location is fantastic, 50 meters from Assi Ghat Staff very friendly Restaurant is very good , and with a fantastic roof top where is possible to do breakfast,lunch and dinner with a create staff of kindly peoples, Tank you Mr Vishnu chaubey and his Raul / Alam / Anshu / Santosh , all my request have been granted.

The hotel is undergoing renovations, there are some noises and some’ dirt on the stairs, the rooms are clean.

Staff need to be more proactive. Room service wasn't upto the mark.

Nice hotel with air-conditioning, very close to assi ghat, perfect to go for the morning ceremony.

Good location. Conveniently located. Good facilities, considering that the property is in Kashi. Had the opportunity to the services of the Temple Guide Mr Rakesh Singh 97950 38933 an excellent Rajput settled in Kashi. He has excellent knowledge of the terrain and the people around. He is known to literally every one around. He was instrumental in organising visits to about 35 prominent places in Kashi.

The toilet had broken seats. Not much importance given to up upkeep of the property.
