The hotel staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean and the location was a close walk to the beach!

The room was sparse but clean. Sitting area in the room made for a comfortable space to share with a group. The shower area was neat with an oversized tiled area and private window looking out on the backyard. The shower was cold water only but perfectly fine. The room was cool enough with the windows open and fan on. The location was great with a short walk to the main roads and beach. The night was quiet and beds comfortable.

Would have liked more hooks around the room to keep items off the ground. Perhaps a couple more tables or surfaces too. Only stayed one night so don't know much about their room maintenance over multiple days.

Nice pool area

We did not get the room category we booked. On the upper floors there are the described deluxe rooms with balcony. On the first floor, however, rooms are also offered as deluxe rooms, which do not have the advertised facilities such as private entrance, safe deposit box and balcony. In addition, the doors in this room were defective, so we had to fear for our safety. Our room could be entered from outside at any time. Some homeless people were sleeping outside the open door. I had my work laptop with me and felt very unsafe. We were refused a room swap even though we had booked a room with a balcony and the hotel was mostly empty! The hotel was also not willing to offer a solution in this case as part of the booking complaint.

The pool area is nice and cozy, Jamie and the staff are great, and the room was clean and the bed is very comfortable..Good excerise walking to and from the beach a few blocks away. Quiet at night 👍🏼

Nice pool area and room was a great size.

Location listed on booking was incorrect, so got dropped off in the wrong location. Was a long and hot walk getting to the actual location once we eventually found the correct address.

The location was great. Had a beautiful view and the air conditioning was a real treat.

Wifi did not work inside the room and I was very annoyed that I was not able to easily connect. Wifi is very important to me when traveling in remote locations.

Clean, comfortable large room. Nice little pool and friendly staff. Located in quiet location.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. As others have noted, there is no hot water at the property. It is located away from the main area in Zipolite and there is a slight hill when walking to the hotel.

The location was up a short hill from the main road, and it was VERY quiet at night. The location also offers easy access to the main street in town, a nice, short walk away. My room had a variable speed ceiling fan and an air conditioner so it was a very comfortable temperature for sleeping, plus the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The pool was very clean and beautiful. The staff was wonderful! We used What's App to communicate, which was very good as my flight was late so I was able to let them know, so there would be someone to let me into my room. They also used What's App to ask if and when I wanted my room cleaned.

The tile floor in the bathroom was slippery when wet, so I had to be extra careful!
