The facilities are great and well-kept. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. I had an issue calling the airline on Skype from my phone and the staff let me use their local phone to do so.

The internet was not good at all. I had to do some remote work and calls and it was almost impossible.

No privacy, the room opened directly to a courtyard so I couldn't open the curtains, I didn't feel secure

The hotel was very nice. The pool was great and comfortable to swim in. The staff were friendly and accommodating – I decided to extend my stay by one day and it wasn’t a problem, and it was inexpensive. The room was large and had a nice ceiling fan that could be adjusted to keep the temperature comfortable.

The location is up a bit of a dirt track. It’s not very far and it felt safe at night (Zipolite is a very small community so feels safe) but it can be a bit uncomfortable in flip flop sandals. The water in the shower only had one dial and so the water temperature wasn’t adjustable. However due to the hot temperature outside, the water being a bit cool was comfortable.

lovely place In zipolite, everything in walking distance, super clean and comfy bed, just a few minutes from the beach… will definitely stay here again when back in zipolite. very nice balcony with ocean view and free coffee in the morning. you can’t go wrong with this place.

Problem with internet

The location is really close to the beach and restaurants and cafes so very convenient. The room was beautiful with a really big bed that was very comfy.

The internet was unreliable. Could have done with somewhere to buy a snack or water. The dogs were a bit scary on the dirt path to get to the location.
