It was a horrible stay

The hotel has poor maintenance, unpleasant odors, and rude employees who show absolutely no respect toward guests.

I informed the front desk in person to extend my stay for five extra days and they said I am covered and fine. This was 9 AM. I went to the hospital for my brother with cancer undergoing chemotherapy. I returned at 9:30 pm and was asked to the desk where a lady manager told me I had no room and evacuate in the morning. I asked for the manager and was told to wait. After an hour of waiting I walked over to find the manager. At the desk there was a middle aged person in a tie and suit. He told me he was the manager. I presented my case to him and was informed: didn’t I hear that the hotel was full and he had nothing to offer except vacate the room by ten o’clock. There was no we are sorry for your inconvenience or any apology. He walked away to his office. The lady who told me to wait had disappeared. The guy at the desk said he is just a student. I reserved a room at lemon tree. This is sad and I am debating to report through Google star system or not.
