"We will not recommend this property and won’t stay there ever. It is clear that the management is not making any efforts"

The staff were extremely helpful; even though the property was not at all worth it, we could see that the staff was trying their level best to mitigate it.

The cleanliness was horrendous to say the least. The washroom was really unkept, with hair and rust all around. It was really appalling to see such dismal quality in a hotel which was otherwise looking good from the lobby area. The shower wasn’t working well, the taps were really dirty on the surfaces, rusted; I am seriously out of words in terms of the way the property is kept.
