Service & facilities were very very bad and will not suggest for anyone

The lobby was nice, the bed was comfortable. Food was good Beautiful property

The ac was set to very cold, no heater spent nice freezing. Turned ac off house keeping turned it back on. Wasn't able to ude pool or other amenities as they only allowed 730 am to 10 am and 5 pm to 7 pm. The bathtub was so narrow its really not useful. Only ine towel, had to ask daily for more towels.

Average quality breakfast, staff needs more training I think they are suffering from illiteracy

Please avoid sta 1> spoken to receptionist a day before stay for early check-in and early check out as I was reaching by 8am and had to leave by 4am in the morning which he denied but when asked for refreshment and guestrooms he said we have that you can have shower and all but we can't give you room before 12 noon 2> in the morning when we reached the other guy said you can use toilet but there is nothing like guest waiting room 3> I left and took another hotel for refreshment when I reached in the evening to check in they had a good response at that time but when I reached to room again disappointed 4> in the evening at around 8:30 they have everything closed for the child to play be it recreation room or kids zone or pool area and in the room tv stopped working for that I had made complaint thrice and waited for half an hour to recover TV 5> they said we have Gala dinner we can have the availability checked for you which no body checked and confirmed me so I decide to check on my own but then again I found that this gala dinner was for both outsiders as well as the staying guests, and so we did not have any slot left to get considered and instead being there own guest he asked me to wait for an hour and that too if table gets free by that time 6> in the room the toilet sink was jammed and water logging was there I have the pic as well 7> Blower in the room was not working when asked for correcting it no one did appear even the restaurant guy, who came to serve food I ordered because so called gala dinner I did not get the chance to have so I ordered room service, also tried and said yes it's not working and I have informed the maintenance guy thermostat at 32 degree with heat mode and high fan but room temperature was still falling from 20 to 19 them I shut that idiot thermostat and slept So mota mota it is like a second copy of some real four star and I would never recommend this hotel instead Fern residency is near by and can...
