overall experience was great, check in went smoothly and was informed the rooms A/C unit was on and the room was nice and cool (30 degrees outside). Given information about breakfast arrangements and use of the bar (20% discount for guests) and directions to the theatre we were attending that evening. All staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful
