Not the properties fault that boy racers seem to think it’s a race track!

The room was very nice, the bed was quite comfortable and the shower worked well .

The breakfast was deeply disappointing. There was only one staff member taking orders etc, trying to do the work of at least two. As such there was no coffee made, no cups, no plates. There was cereal, but no bowls. Only very little orange juice, but no glasses to put it in. We ordered breakfast, which took 45 minutes to come. When it did the bacon and sausages were both poor quality and under cooked. My wife's toast was burnt, topped with slimy avacado and the scrambled eggs on top were like rubber. This is not a budget hotel! The management should certainly consider employing more staff, and upping the quality of the food. We watched as other guests were met with the same problems. Sadly we left the hotel for a long drive home very disappointed. We had hoped for something better.

Very clean and the room was comfortable,a little noisy as we faced the square. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast poor, tiny cups for tea, one croissant wrapped in clingfilm, and quality of breakfast seemed cheap.

Room was perfect and great location. Staff amazing. Breakfast high quality and large portion.

So handy for the Waterside Theatre (3 minute walk), free parking at a nearby carpark. The staff were incredibly friendly...lovely freshly cooked breakfast, very tasty

Continental part of breakfast wasn't overly fresh, bedroom lovely and clean but on busy road, fairly noisy. Tiles (grout) in shower were in need of a good clean

The shower was excellent. Staff were polite and helpful

The bed and pillows were hard. Our room had the extractor fan from the kitchen outside our window. Could not open window because of noise. We used the fan has it was hit.
