The breakfast was excellent and the host was very friendly and welcoming. The beach is just a short walk away and surroundings are peaceful. The vintage style of this historical character property adds a lot of charm to the overall experience.

"Friendly and comfy!"

Room was spacious and bed was comfy. Fantastic breakfast and Franco and his family were just lovely! Close to the tram! My four year old said she liked the bed and the toast and wants to come again!

It was perfect for what we wanted!

How clean everything was. Set in the quieter part of Blackpool for those that prefer to get away from it all. Franco is very hospital and friendly and takes great pride in his business. Everything was immaculate, excellent service and facilities. I was a little worried about my stay in Blackpool due to the reputation the area has for having a big drinking culture but all my worries vanished immediately when I entered the B&B. We were greeted with a warm welcome and lovely clean accommodation. We had breakfast on the Saturday which was delicious and heart value. Highly recommend.
