Property Notes

For all guests arriving at the hotel, we reserve the right to pre-authorize a credit or debit card for the room rate per night plus an additional £50 per night for extras. The hotel is not charging your credit card. A pre-authorization is a security guarantee for payment only. Any excess pre-authorization will be released on the day of departure.If you cannot provide the hotel with a credit or debit card on check-in to pre-authorize, full prepayment will be required on arrival. Once the pre-authorization has been completed, you may charge items to your room during your stay by presenting your room key card wallet and signing for the transaction. Hotel Guests are welcome to use the Health Club facilities including the swimming pool from 3pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure. Please see below our dedicated Children swim times: Monday > Friday: 09:00 - 10.00 (Summer holidays only) and 14:30 - 18:30, Saturday & Sunday: 08:30 - 10:30 and 14:30 - 16:30Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Public rooms were totally separate from bedrooms .

Our room was not made up on 2nd day. I asked for the bed to be made twice but it wasn't. No plug in sink. Shower soap dispenser broken.

"Great rooms and facilities"

Extremely comfy bed, literally felt like sleeping on a cloud. Great parking facilities and the spa is easy to use

Breakfast was really cold, Could definitely benefit from putting smaller quantities out frequently rather than a lot all at once

Clean and good facilities.Friendly staff

No air con or fans available. Given someone else’s room whilst they were still in it when we arrived . Bed very uncomfortable. When we checked out the lady on reception couldn’t find our name at all and had no record of our stay . Team very apologetic and professional but I suspect Booking system failure.

"Enjoyable and the weather was fabulous"

We stayed for 2 nights and it was a good double room. It did us for the 2 nights we were there so no complaints

The swimming pool was much smaller than it looked in the photos on the hotel website. We didn’t use the pool purely because there were too many people.
