Staff was very welcoming and friendly from airport pickup in a clean economy friendly car ,to the free drinks on arrival upto the last day. Ambience is next to none and the highlight of the stay is their magnificent breakfast 😋. Everything is just super clean too,rooms,pool area and Spa

Уставший отель, интерьер номеров оставляет желать лучшего, половину вещей прям хочется оттуда выкинуть, какие-то старые искусственые цветы, лишний хлам, крч некрасиво, моргали лампочки 2 штуки, попросили поменять 2 раза, так никто этого и не сделал, вода горячая закончилась на втором человеке, приходиться ждать 20 мин пока нагреется, чтоб след человек помылся. И локация не очень понравилась, много бомжей в округе.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel delivered a truly exceptional 5-star experience that exceeded every expectation. We were warmly welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine, setting the tone for what would become an unforgettable stay. To our delight, we were also upgraded, and the room was absolutely stunning—beautifully prepared and filled with thoughtful touches.  A special thank you to Mark, the owner, whose personal touch is evident throughout the property, and to Taku, the General Manager, who ensured everything ran seamlessly and made us feel genuinely valued. The level of care from the staff was outstanding. Rumbi, our housekeeper, kept our room immaculate and always added those little details that made it feel like home. Issa, the massage therapist, provided one of the most relaxing and professional treatments we’ve ever had—truly world-class. Evenings were magical, starting with a refreshing gin and tonic sundowner while soaking in the surroundings, followed by a smooth Amarula nightcap that was the perfect end to each day. And then there’s the breakfast—simply spectacular. Without a doubt, the best in Africa. Every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. I would confidently bet on that. This hotel is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience filled with warmth, luxury, and unforgettable moments. We cannot wait to return.

Room and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent

Our third time at the wonderful Glen Hotel in Sea Point, Cape town. We absolutely love everything about this beautiful and well-managed hotel ! The rooms are very comfortable, decorated with impeccable taste! We stayed at the huge & luxurious Penthouse, with balconies & views towards all directions, woderful views of the Lions Head, and over Sea Point, with the Ocean in the background. The pool area is super nice, a quiet oasis of calm & luxury ! The breakfast is super-generous & decicious. And: All of the staff are extremely nice, warm, friendly , efficient & very helpful ! The manager, Mark is a wonderful host, who takes fantastic good care of all his guests.
