Breakfast was amazing. Personnel is super friendly and service is sublime. The swimming pools are an amazing spot to just chill after a day of exploring Cape Town. Location is in our opinion the best you can have in Cape Town - we will definitely come back!

Room felt a little bit outdated, but that is nothing too bad and nothing that we hadn’t seen on the pictures before booking.

The whole environment was fantastic - the facilities and staff are fantastic and it was a pleasure to be there. The location is great and V&A is a nice walk away. Food at the hotel restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was delicious

Good service can be a little slow in the evenings. The lunch menu has some great small plates but theyre not available at dinner and this would give more choice in the evening
