Great location. Charming decor. Outstanding customer service. Feels like a home from home. Exceptionally welcoming. Fantastic breakfast.

Nothing. If I had to be really picky, it would be nice to have a gym. But that is a small price to pay for a fantastic experience.

Beautiful hotel, away from the bustle of central Cape Town, but only a convenient taxi ride away. Close to lovely restaurants and the sea. Staff were lovely and always ready to help. Thoroughly recommend this place.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!! The staff were so special and really made our stay so amazing. They went above and beyond to be as accommodating as possible and made the start of our honeymoon one to remember. It is a really hidden gem within sea point offering amazing drinks, food and lovely poolside area to enjoy the beautiful Cape Town, whilst being touching distance to the promenade and camps Bay Area. A special shout out to Ananthi who also took us on a tour around cape point and boulders beach, which was so beautiful, as well as to Lwasi for the amazing poolside service! We will definitely be back, thank you again!

Not much

Everything was great, but the staff were super attentive and the breakfast was great too. From the minute we arrived, to the minute we left, helping us with our cases etc. Would def stay again.

My husband & I stayed for 4 nites & loved it! The staff cannot do enough for you, I’ve never seen anything like it. We got spoiled w/the breakfast -so many choices on the buffet plus a hot entree. In all our travels we have never been served such an extensive breakfast & probably never will. The hotel is beautiful as well as our room, they thought of everything! Uber is extremely cheap & fast & efficient. You can get anywhere in the city easily & quickly through the Uber app. The massage at the spa was amazing & all the costs are so reasonable compared to the USA. We also liked they had a lovely restaurant onsite as we had alot of rain & didn’t always want to venture out. My husband wanted to talk to the manager to let him know how excellent everyone on his staff is but never got the chance. So this is our review to let him know. We felt so welcome & cared for on our 1st trip to Africa! Would love to come back💜
