Our room was clean and set out well for the 4 of us.

The communal areas were not clean, our shower door came off in my daughter’s hands and could have caused an accident, some of the lights in our room were not working

Friendly staff, room was clean. The first cot delivered was broken and they replaced it quickly.

The room was fairly small for a family room once the cot was up. No linen provided for the cot (bed sheet)

Nice clean rooms everything we needed was in there

Was noisy could hear every noise from next rooms also teenagers outside causing a disturbance and throwing stones at windows

Excellent value for money Extremely comfortable room and bed ; excellent shower ; decent choice of beers in the bar ; very good menu especially the high quality breakfast ; helpful friendly staff

Ran out of fish at 17.30 on the Saturday !

Very good value for money, had all we needed and nice to eat on site and have entertainment. close to our event in NEC. Staff nice. Good parking

Nette schone kamer, en een prima bed.

Het was ongelooflijk warm op de kamer, maar ook elders in het hotel.

Plenty of parking on site behind the venue. Frontage opens out onto high street so very easy to go out. Breakfast was well cooked.

I felt the cold drink options for breakfast were lacking compared to other places. No lifts.
