I stay to your room no 407 ,room was good but intercom was not work properly। This one a big problem। One more thing is that regarding resturant: Today morning I have ordered two plate steam rice, one dal,one ilish macher sorshe। Quality of the fish was not satisfactory and I am receive 2 piece tiny ilish fish among them one piece is tooo bad( piece was next to head) please look into the matter

Its neat and clean.

Lifts are big worry. When crowded you have to wait for minimum 5-8mns. The reception staff behaviour is very cold.
