Parking, ambience & over all infrastructure. Front office staff is well behaved. Restro ambience is very good, But...

But Food is not upto the mark with the Infrastructure. Breakfast was below average & Dinner Offered was just ok. No WOW factor.

"Durgapur's Gem"

The rooms are neat and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the facilities top notch. The food was delicious and the service, impeccable! Piyali Roy, the front office executive, was an absolutely precious host. Responsive, supportive and smiling .. the epitome.

There was no WiFi details shared whole checking in and the AC helped in keeping me 🥵 warm.
