Friendly staff

Business center, none in existence The shower drain backs up on to the bath room floor.Told maintenance, nothing happened. Charged for water during the dinner. Not the bottled water which I did not take, only tap water in a lemon twist. The did not show me the bill till I checked out and, therefore, they kept charging me without I knowing about it. Suggest that they notify customer if they are going to charge for water as that practice is very, very uncommon.
