"Personnel de Soirée bien, chambre et personnel du matin nul"

Le personnel du soir est très gentil et agréable, billard au RDC bien

On a frappé à notre porte à 23h30 pour savoir si on avait de l’eau qui coulait dans notre chambre. Étant dans une chambre chaude comme un sauna au dernier étage et qu’il ne pleuvait pas, nous n’avions évidemment pas d’eau. Nous n’avions s pas réservé de petit déjeuner, et la dame de la réception nous a gentillement dit que ce n’était pas un problème et qu’on verrait ça le lendemain matin. Le matin, vers 9h, nous voulions prendre café et chocolat chaud pour nos enfants au RDC, on nous a sans ménagement exorté de sortir et d’attendre midi dans notre chambre pour l’ouverture du bar. Nous étions juste de passage, et heureusement! Je ne recommande certainement pas!

Nice big room, comfy big bed, plenty of tea/coffee, massive bath 😁. Fluffy towels.

Property looks bit rough on the outside but don't let that put you off.

Staff were incredible. Clean, comfy room. The chef was able to whip up some tasty scran whilst also providing hip hop club recommendations. Amazing family fun day for the kids, then a great atmosphere for adults in the evening. It's the only place to stay if you're out in Newcastle or a great place to visit that even Brian Potter would be jealous of!
