Ganga Heritage - By The Palm Bliss Resort

The warmest welcome and hospitality of the staff. They were so kind and always helpful, whatever you need. The location is great, just a few minures walk from the Har ki pauri. Rooms are of good size wi th balconies and especially wonderful are those looking at the Ganga. Food was delicious!

Loved it

I went there with my old parents and was very skeptical about it as majority of the hotels put up pictures which are far from what's found at spot. But this hotel has much better to offer than what you see from outside. Rooms are very well maintained and the balcony gives a wonderful view of Ganga. All the staff are very helpful, courteous and goes an extra mile to help. Food was very good as well. If you get out of the hotel you step into Brahmashree Kheteswar Ghat and the hotel is 5 minutes from Har ki pauri. It's truly a heritage structure and the rooms are very tastefully done.

The property is very well located

It lacks cleanliness, The linen where not clean, the floor and rooms were dirty, this property have a lot of potential to become one of the best in Haridwar because of it's location and the heritage building but sadly it doesn't live up to it.
