Excellent location next to the Ganga. Room was nice & bed was comfortable.

Wasn’t particularly clean, monkeys & rats on balcony, tv and phone to reception not working. No remote for air con, no hot water on a morning. Service in restaurant not great. Overpriced for what it is.

Its located on the banks of Ganga and at a walking distance from 'Har Ki pauri". Staff is very polite and helpful. Nitish was very helpful and took good care of our requirements.

Housekeeping needs improvement.

The staff was very helpful, especially Mr. Nitish Arora. Made everything to make us feel comfortable quickly upon reaching hotel and after, during our stay, always making all the efforts to meet out requirements. The hotel is exactly like the photos. In front of Ganges and less than 10 minutes walking to Har Ki Pauri. We had some family visiting us at the hotel, without any issues with the staff.

Just need to take care with the bath. The water takes some time to get hot (15 to 30 minutes).

A bathmat in the bathroom would have been nice and a little darkness at night!the glass panes in the door lightens the room at night.
