the staff were very nice and very helpful in all ways possible. The breakfast was really filling and plantiful and kept us going for a long long time afterwards. The location was great and relatively quiet which meant we did get full night's sleep.

The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. But can be a tad better. But it's ok given all the other positives.

Nothing not to like…

The riad is very beautiful. We were very well received with cookies and tea. The room was clean. The breakfast was very delicious with everything from pancakes to fruit salad, coffee to orange juice. Very instagramable place with a very beautiful view from the terrace to the top of the Medina.

The room and specially the bathroom were a little small, but very good use of space.

The property was beautiful inside, the courtyard and rooftop were calm and peaceful after spending a day out in the markets. The room was also very clean, as was the riad on the whole. The room was cleaned daily and restocked on all toiletries. The location was also great, within walking distance to the main square. Rachid, Mohsin and all of the staff really looked after us and met our every need with a smile. They welcomed us with tea and snacks and were available to help at all times. The breakfast offered each morning was great - the pancakes especially were delicious!

For 3 people, the room was too small for us and it was hard to manoeuvre in the bathroom. The wifi in the room was quite temperamental and the TV didn’t work. At night it did also get quite hot sleeping downstairs even with AC on.

It was absolutely lovely. Beautiful architecture in the room and hotel, great breakfast, and really lovely staff!

The booking.com advert lists two swimming pools, but I do not think the hotel has any. The ‘pool’ in the picture is (I think) a water feature.

From the moment we arrived Mouhsin took great care of us. It was my mothers birthday and they had made a Birthday cake on her arrival along with the traditional mint tea. They couldn’t do enough for us during our stay anything we needed they were there ! Breakfast was wonderful and any special requests were fulfilled. Kindly each evening Mouhsin called to reserve restaurants for us as our mobile phones were not working and we were not able to make calls. The rooms were cleaned daily and provided with clean towels every day. The hospitality of all of the staff was remarkable and we would recommend this Riad to anyone wanting a traditional homely Moroccan experience. Thank you for everything !
