The 4 members of staff were excellent and approacable

The room you could not swing a cat and was a serious health hazard.Suppose that is a result of being a Solo traveller.The cupboard needs a complete rip out.I was I'll due to the unsanity conditions seen better broom cupboards. The breakfast was plentiful but mundane. The cost was extraordinary for the room. It was really depressing.it is also adjacent to the public toilet.

Staying at Riad Dar Habiba was a wonderful experience, right in the heart of the Medina. Wandering through the lively, winding streets was an adventure in itself, with everything just a short walk away. That said, be prepared to wheel your luggage over the Medina’s paved alleyways to reach the riad—but once inside, you’re welcomed with the warmest hospitality. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help, greeting us on arrival with the most delicious mint tea and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

One challenge was the chilly March nights—despite having a heater, our room remained quite cold, so layering up was a must. Additionally, like most riads, soundproofing is minimal. Late-night chatter from returning guests and the distant sounds of children playing in the streets made it a bit difficult to fall asleep.

Amazing Riad in the CENTER of the old town next to many places of interest like el Badi and Bahia palace. (3 minutes walking distance) the staff was great! Willing to help with all your needs, guide you through the town and offer every service you ll need. They prepeared for us an amazing breakfast everyday with traditional bread , eggs , crepes, brownies,fresh orange juice, and traditional coffee. They also offered us laundry services for our clothes when we came back from the desert activities. Also very cozy atmosphere overall and very instagramic place if you want to take amazing pictures inside this riad ! The roof garden was exceptional as well . We had some chilling late night talks up there with the amazing view of the old town.

The only downside was the room that was given to us which was listed as a triple room, was definitely NOT a room for the three of us and our luggage. We only had one suitcase each and we could barely fit. we had to get ready one by one because the room could not fit three of us opening our suitcases and getting ready at the same time. Also the toilet was right next to one of the beds and it just had a wooden door with holes on it so there wasn’t much privacy while using the bathroom so the rest of us had to evacuate the room when one of us was using it.We had the Cuba room but the rooms next door were much bigger so make sure you book one of the other rooms if you choose this riad.

Breakfast was really good- the staff very attentive.

The shower needs an update.

I liked the beautiful setting and the superfriendly staff.

The small pool that they show doesn't seem to be an actual pool but this didn't bother me as it was winter when I stayed there and it was not warm enough to need a pool!

The Riad was great, in good location close enough to main square but quite at night, staff were extremely friendly and breakfast was great, available at your leisure in the morning. No issues with cold at night as there was extra blankets in cupboard if required.
