Good location and accommodating staff

Don’t stay for the “pool”. Stayed in the Berber room - heating didn’t work so took us forever to warm up at night and wore a jumper to bed! Bathroom needs modern tapware (shower tap dribbled hot water and burnt hand turning the knob) and a new coat of paint. Stayed at another and this was inferior.

The location, architecture and helpful staff

The staff was really friendly. The location is great if you want to experience the medina.

Nothing, really. We had a small bedroom, but the value for money was really good. The bed could be more comfy.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable bedding, and a great breakfast which can be enjoyed on the rooftop terrace. Location close to the square and main attractions. Everything you need for an authentic experience.

Personal very kind indeed. Breakfast was testy. But...

Everything else just poor, cheap, old, destroyed, very small, cold,... Owner don't want to invest any - just grab the money,. Wet small beads, etc.

There was nothing

The location was perfect, a little oasis off a busy area in old Marrakesh, central to everything. We found all of the staff were really lovely and so helpful. Rashid helped us find a Hammam and helped us download a local app with local information. He also minded our bags, when we took an overnight trip. The breakfast was one of the best we had, orange, honey and butter sauce with pancakes was beautiful. Very traditional place and peaceful.

Breakfast plentiful and delicious every day, especially for vegetarians Location good, a short walk from taxi pick up point, places of interest, and meeting place for tour guides Hotel staff so kind and helpful, and I really appreciated mouassine’s assistance with taxis, especially meeting me from the taxi on a couple of evenings when it was dark

This riad is in the middle of the old medina so everything is at walking distance you could do most of all sightseeing by foot without taking a taxi. It's situated in a calm neighbourhood. The staff were amazing and super friendly you can ask them anything you want and they will help you. They are always smiling and very accomodating.

The room we choose was a lot smaller than what I expected. In terms of cleanliness, I have more higher standards in that regard so its not like amazing but it was still good. Other than that its a good value for your money and would even recommend this to others.
