Hotel Urban Tree At Delhi Airport

Perfectly situated for the airport, and the Metro is just a short walk away. Very cheap.

Aerocity isn't a very nice area and very noisy, although this hotel is away from the worst of the noise. The taxi driver found it difficult to find.

Cost of the room

It would have been possible to consider the fact that due to irregular flight timings I stayed for less than 48 hrs bt had to pay for 3 nights, would have been great to get some discounts. Guest visits aren’t allowed even for a few minutes & even after I’d submission.

I liked the room and the check in/ check out process was smooth. Room was spacious and had all the amenities as well as the housekeeping staff provided me with all the needed help One more thing is that this is a verified message. Sometimes people mention about scam when we book hotels, but this is a hotel as mentioned in the site

Nothing except the room was bit in a dodgy area but that didn't affect anything

The room and amenities like bedsheets, pilows, bedcover, and seat cushions on the chair were so dirty they were stained a yellow shade. There was also hair on the bed and holes in the sheets. The toilet seat had black gunk on its hinges and felt improperly cleaned. The chairs in the room were also very unclean. I hated the cleanliness level of the entire hotel and its surrounding areas too. The neighborhood also felt very sketchy and the entire stay felt like a scam! The reviews on the website are clearly fake.

Location - one metro station + relatively acceptable walk from airport. We immediately got a second towel after asking for it and having only one in the room. Hot shower.

Not clean at all (bed, shower). Rusty shower, random holes in the walls. Sketchy and noisy neighborhood. They asked for more money immediately after making the booking and asked us to book again to be sure our booking will be comfirmed, which it should have already been booked by making reservation by booking.com, which we refused, waited a day more for the reply until the cancelation period was over and finally got the message everything was OK. Not sure what would happen in they got more reservations before the cancelation period was over. We ordered breakfast at 7:00 the day before and were said it was not a problem. At 7:15 next day we found out, there is no breakfast yet and we need to choose what we want. We ordered black and white coffee, got one thermos of white powder instant coffee together with breakfast an hour later. The shower faucet was either too hot to touch or live wired (I am not sure, after touching the fauced twice, I did not touch it again). The room was very noisy - we could hear all the hotel guests (kid shouting in the next room most of the night) and street (traffic noise as well as kids throwing fireworks all night).

I dont like anything about this hotel

They didn’t even pick up the call where i had confirmed my booking… still didn’t response… even continuously cut my calls…we did face this problem mid of the night ..really poor service
