An exceptional experience in mallorca. Both restaurants were outstanding, and I especially recommend the carpaccio. Breakfast was delivered to our room and beautifully set up just for us. The staff were extremely kind and attentive. You can experience sea activities.

Damp rooms, ac didn’t work. Squeaky fan in room would have to be off to be able to sleep.

They stole our sunglasses on the beach initially they told us they would replace it to let us leave and when we left, they told us we lied and everything .insulting horrible experience for something so expensive and could’ve been so beautiful

Beautiful property and the staff was beyond fantastic. Excellent food, service and the restaurants are picturesque and gorgeous !

The pool was small as was the beach area so there wasn’t much to do, and unfortunately the pool was full of obnoxious couples posturing for one another, shouting and on phones. Not relaxing at all —so we basically stayed at the palapa above our room— fabulous! The room was gorgeous but had a musty smell after being closed up due to it essentially being underground. Asking for a dehumidifier helped immediately so do ask for one!

Beautiful castle built into rock, looks amazing when lit up at night. Two good dining options for evening, esp the tasting menu restaurant. Spa was good.

It’s a bit remote, too far/tricky to get to other restaurants in evening and neither restaurant at hotel ideal in shoulder season when weather is unreliable, so a bit limited for longer stays. Although breakfast in room is nice, missed not having a breakfast restaurant. Bar very quiet.

Pros: The best choice if you're looking for a quiet and romantic/intimate retreat in Mallorca, yet a 20-ish-minute drive from Palma's city center. Stunning property/grounds, like out of a medieval fairy tale--a true fortress. Very friendly and courteous staff. One of the best spa experiences ever: including a hammam treatment and a body massage (special shoutout to Sergio, Silvia, and Pilar). The room was a dream: comfortable bed and pillows, 2 bathroom areas (one with a sink and a tub, the other with a sink, shower, toilet, and bidet), great bath products, excellent A/C temperature (also with ceiling fans), and the pièce de résistance: a mind-blowing terrace with a sunbed area, a private pool, a lounge area, and outstanding cliffside ocean views. Privacy and intimacy at its best. Breakfast is selected by bedtime and strictly brought to the room the following morning. Outstanding food at both La Fortaleza (dinner tasting menu) and The Sea Club (a la carte). A plethora of incredible activities and amenities available. Complimentary valet parking.

Cons: None of the pools were heated. Cap Rocat is isolated, so if you're looking for a central base to travel around, this may not be the best option. But if you're looking for a quiet and/or romantic retreat, look no further.
