The ambience greenery around was awesome. The pool was divine. Food was well curated. Overall we had a nice stay.

The dinner was a bit elaborate and the price was not mentioned anywhere. An ala carte menu where options can be chosen would be good. There's no phone or bell in the rooms for housekeeping assistance or an emergency especially for senior citizens. Also since the eco friendly theme of RO water in rooms and cloth napkins near wash basins is being followed it would be great if refillable body wash and shampoo dispensers are also provided

Room was large and comfortable. Food was excellent. Service was super. Since the rooms were designed like a traditional Indian room, I did not feel like I was at a hotel. The staff dressed in traditional attire and speaking very native style, gave a very homely feeling. Both of us were completely relaxed and was surprised we had to check out. There was a book written about the Chetinad history and heritage. It was very good book and explained the history and how they have lived, including festivals, families, etc. A very good way to know the history and culture of the chettiars for outsiders.

I thought the food pricing is on the higher side. But it was absolutely the best chetinadu food I ever had. My suggestion to the hotel management would be to add a details of the photos, history, etc. of the building. It would be a good way for residents to understand the photos.

Liked the cleanliness, friendliness of staff. Very homely, relaxed atmosphere. Excellent ambience. Ver good for a relaxed holiday.

Food was overpriced, although tasty and fresh. Bathroom amenities like hair conditioner and body lotion were not provided. There is no way to call any staff if we require anything. Neither an intercom, or even a bell. Every time we have to go out and try to find someone. Accomodation provided to the drivers are full of bed bugs. Our driver had to sleep in the car.
