"I stayed for a business trip and would stay again."

Beautiful location. I ordered food through room service and it was excellent, breakfast was delicious with a good variety of hot and cold food. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Check in and check out was easy. Parking was reasonably priced.

My room was very clean and comfortable but a little dated in terms of decor.

Stayed here 2 years ago big change allround for me speedy check in general decor particuliarly in the public areas bar etc much improved this is a really nice place to stay close to town ample parking good sized rooms great staff very helpfull and friendly

My only issue was the mattress in our room far too firm for my liking other than that no complaints.

"Would recommend staying we loved it"

Met by the lovely Grace I think they call her what a fabulous welcome an asset ti the hotel . Room was spacious newly decorated but bathroom needs upgrading mould etc in shower old floor tiles but did not affect our stay. The bar area etc is beautiful and new and the breakfast was lovely would definitely go again soon highly recommend. Parking is great I booked it in advance and secured a place first class

"Horrible value for money, unsafe, ancient"

Location and breakfast

Disappointing service, rude staff, no help was given and requests were not satisfied before arrival. Hotel is very dated and old. Unsafe window openings for children who could literally fall out from the third floor.
