Upon our arrival at FabHotel Cinco Primera, your receptionist clearly informed us that foreign nationals are not allowed to stay at your property due to internal management restrictions. This policy was not stated anywhere in your listing or booking conditions. As a result, we were denied check-in despite having a confirmed and fully paid reservation. Given that the service was not provided and the restriction was not disclosed in advance, we are requesting a full refund immediately.

It was an awful stay with no services at all. Staff is Lazy & unavailable most of time. It is surviving only because of on line bookings by OYO, I will not use OYO for any hotel booking. This is 2nd time I've had bad experience.
