Property Notes

The hotel is non-smoking in all public areas and bedrooms. Please note there will be no restaurant service or hot meals available on Christmas Day and New Years Eve. Our All Inclusive Breaks include a three-course dinner with a £35.00 food allowance per adult for the evening meal. A full English breakfast is included in the package. There's a soup and sandwich lunch which is available between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm. Unlimited drinks are also included daily from 1:00 pm to 11:00 pm per person which consist of house wine, draught beers, branded spirits (which are served in a single measure or with a mixer only), and soft drinks, valid and exclusively served at the Residents's Bar only. One glass only per person may be ordered at a time. Any drinks purchased outside the included hours are payable at the bar. A deposit may be required at the property.

The price's are over priced, the hotel carpets are dirty, shabby paint work, not maintained very well. For the cost it was disappointing.

The staff deserve medals. They are pleasant and smiley and willing to help with any query or complaint. The grounds are well kept and good to sit in

It was like a trip back in time- but not in a good way! Everything needs updating- including the boiler system which meant we couldn’t shower on two of our seven days stay. The beds were old, stained and uncomfortable and pillows lumpy. Carpets are old and very stained as were the towels we had on arrival- but we changed rooms twice because of the boiler and the small double bed the whole place (and especially the showers in the pool area) needs renovating! The breakfast was also nothing special. Thank goodness for the wonderful staff !
