Staff were friendly and efficient. Very smiley and happy to help. Location for what I need was perfect too.

Paid £109 for room with “a view”, my “view” was the car park. The shower was basically a trickle, in which it lost power / pressure - the phrase “run around to get wet” comes to mind. Mattress was really thing and I could feel the springs. Just generally felt rundown and old

Pool needs major revamp.bits of tile wallpaper floating around in pool . Green looking and cold . Was so looking forward to a relaxing swim after a very long stressful week . Didn't get that .. Room was tiny .could have had a bit more space and cobwebs on ceiling .

The location for me is perfect . The staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are always clean and comfortable .

Unfortunately the "spa" facilities were disgraceful this time. The pool water was thick and discoloured!? With black, mouldy tide mark around the edge where the water level had dropped. The cleaning shower was ice cold . Floor tiles were very slippy. People were using the jacuzzi to wash off when they had used the sauna , wet room or pool as the shower was freezing cold. It was all very dated, dirty and unappealing. We used the sauna but passed on the rest as the pool looked disgusting , and I wasn't prepared to use the jacuzzi when it was being used as a washing facility for sweaty bodies !!!

Location and staff very friendly

No remote control for TV, had to ask night staff who took one from another room. No WiFi and no TV even with a remote. Toilet cistern refilling very noisy and takes an age to finish

We had to prompt the staff to put the heating on!

The staff were friendly.

Very dated decor which left a feeling of grubbiness . The bed and linen were old and not comfortable. The walls were thin, noise from neighbouring rooms meant that I didn’t sleep very well
