Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort - Igloos and Chalets

Big chalets, large resort. Offers many activities but need to book in advance

Not worth the price. Staff, restaurant, service and rooms not up to standard. Chalet are outdated, bed are hard. Everything is closed (ceremony chalet and ice bar closed, igloo tower has no running bar, Santa’s home and smoke sauna open only by request). East village is complete rubbish. Make sure to stay in the west village. We booked to have a nice new year’s eve but it was the most sad and boring we celebrated yet. Seems like the place is too big to be managed. Chaos everywhere, reception tries their best but for the price we expect more. Not at all what we expected and for the price you can find a lot better things

完全不是我想訂的，我覺得你的網站圖片存在嚴重誤導，完全沒有圖頂的任何相關，我何必花這個價格去住個配套極差的木屋，里面木條有縫還用一些看起來是濕紙巾在塞縫，超惡心，早晚餐也是極簡的，又偏僻，離西村完全2個世界，在等酒店的項目時，前台人員還在說前面客戶的壞話，一直在批評其他客戶，真的超級差，全個房間連個電制都很稀缺，全都安排了房間設備，充電都極難，點壁爐都要限時間找房務，我花1/5價格的都能自己體驗的，sauna等温度跟洗澡間一齊等，不夠温度時淋浴間也是冰冷無比的，等了一個小時，園區里面導航完全是錯的，完全是說不完的差，然後想聯繫平台了解情況也是完全得不到任何支援，酒店和平台都極差

The location is away from the city lights

The staff were not welcoming, and there were no clear signs indicating the reception area. Upon arrival, no assistance was provided with luggage or guest welcoming. There is no room service, luggage transportation, or housekeeping service, and the minibar was empty. There are also no directional signs within the resort. In the two-bedroom cabin, the shower is open to the bathroom without a curtain, causing water to spread. In the igloo, the drain is located close to the bed, resulting in noise and unpleasant odors. At check-out, no help was offered with luggage, and the food quality was below average. At the planetarium, a staff member behaved in a discriminatory manner and only interacted with European guests. The only positive experience was with the gift shop employee, who was polite and welcoming.

Dass man das Holz extra bezahlen muss um einzuheizen und das Essen ok ist aber nicht wow
