FabHotel New Shanti

I was sent to the different property because the rooms were filled, even though I have booked the room through Booking.com

The property I went in was rubbish. The toilets were not clean. I was offered free breakfast which was two bread, toast and a cup of tea. After drinking a tea, I left it outside the property which was there forever until I complained first day they couldn’t even help me with the hot water. The property was very overpriced which I was fine with, but when I see the service, it was very disappointing.

Rooms were horrible, unhygenic with rats amd musqutoes. Bathrooms were clean

Staff had excuse for everything giving reasons why it cannot be done,.pathetc in terms of hygene and cleanliness

We had been here at the time of Mahakumbh, so whatever facilities we got at this time was appreciable. The area is a little away from the main mela area, so everything was quite peaceful. The food at the restaurant is just exceptional and quite reasonable. Mr Rajeev and the girls at the reception were very communicative and helpful. . Overall a satisfactory stay.

Actually the place was not value for money. . Though the room was okay ,the bathroom was in a poor condition. No toiletries and facilties other than a handwash, leaking taps,, broken fittings, stinking place.

It was an hopeless property in all aspact . No one should be offered for this much rate.

Interior is really good. Bathroom was clean. Had a pleasant stay at fabhotel new Hotel. Little expensive but a good choice.

hotel is very good in every aspect. staff and management is very cooperative. great service. surely visit again.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel .
