Hotel was very clean , perfect to residency . I fil was good to Stay here. There perfect management on this hotel. Food was very good. test was very good I like it,l love it. all Staff is very good. Daily room clean is nice ,very good and healthy filing on room

"Pathetic to say the least."

Nothing. The Rating of 8.7 and fabulous mentioned in the BOOKING.COM reviews is not true to fact.

The reality is exactly opposite . When I reached the hotel after receipt of confirmation mail , they told that they have not received any booking from BOOKING.COM . However after some persuasion they agreed to provide a room.Total lobby including dining area is in a mess .Very unprofessional staff. They told that they have arrangement with Bus Group Tour operators who bring tourists for night stay and are really not bothered about business travelers.Food average quality.Sitated in a busy market place with a tour bus standing in front of the main gate.So parking is an issue.Only towel provided in the name of Toiletries. No Ac during Power failure. Most of the things broken or not working properly. Cupboard hangers broken. AC Flaps broken / Temperature controller not working . Bathroom mixer not working. TV NOT WORKING AS HOTEL HAS NOT RECHARGED THE SUBSCRIPTION. Does not deserve a 8.7 or 3 star rating on Booking.com. It is a misleading rating.
