Service and Food was very good

I like food.

My came from United Kingdom, that my first visit at prayagraj, A great place to stay at prayagraj , Very near to the prayagraj junction. It's location is prime added to the availability of commute from the place. Stay is good with 24 hrs availability of water and AC. There is a kitchen in the hotel where you could dine in to your respective rooms.

Perfect location, excellent service. I had an easy and comfortable stay . . . ... We had a great stay and enjoyed the friendly service and buffet breakfast. Wifi speed is excellent, nice accommodation

Overall stay experience is very good , I am exploring prayagraj from Sweden, that I reached prayagraj that I created the booking, when I reach hotliers are welcoming me cherry smiling and provide me best accommodation, i really appreciate the staff , i would definitely forward to this hotel my colleague

The room was cold and the bed sheet was very dirty. It seemed like the hotel did not wash it from the previous guests. Hard to believe that this hotel has 8.0 rating.

Friendly staff

2 rats in the ‘restaurant’, very noyse room (street)

The staff were very good and on request changed the room to a better one than initially given.

There were plenty of cockroaches in the room.

Location and availability of basics

Not so clean wall, mosquito, cockroach, intercom not working, bathroom with no ventilation, no attending even after regular pressing bell
